About Chef Derrick Rucobo

Growing up in Colorado, I learned that great food could bring anyone together. I learned how comforting a delicious meal made with care can be and I hope to provide the same quality and comfort to anyone who looks to The Sauce Boss Co. for their next meal. I graduated from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts May 13, 2022, with an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree. I made it onto the President's List with perfect attendance throughout school and won the Student of Excellence award. I promise the same level of dedication to every guest we serve.
